Old Cape Cod Sagamore Rotary is Gone:) according to officials that should cut the traffic up to 20 minutes. We did try ourselves going from Boston to Provincetown and passing by Sagamore Rotary was way faster then in the past. Don't forget you can always bypass Sagamore Bridge and use Bourne Bridge on Route 495 & 195
Coming from Logan Airport you have to go through Massachusetts Turnpike, there is only one Toll right before Ted Williams Tunnel it requires $3 in your pocket.

From Boston to Cape Cod take I-93 South > Route 3 > Sagamore Bridge(Cape Cod Canal) > Route 6 (Cape Cod)
From NY take I-95 > I-195 eastbound to Route 25 > Cross Bourne Bridge > Cape Cod Rotary take Route 28 or Route 6
From Western Massachusetts > I-85 east > Mass Pike I-90 east > I-495 to Bourne Bridge > Cape Cod Rotary take Route 28 or Route 6
